Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The client has not contacted us for over 2 weeks

• Policies have been violated

• A third-party provider was engaged for the same project

• The brief lacks necessary detail

• A complete redesign is requested

• The refund request is beyond the refund eligibility period

• Business direction has changed (name, ownership, etc.)

We do not issue refunds for:

• Social Media

• SEO

• Domain Registration

• Web Hosting

Web design refunds will not be considered once the design is approved and development begins.

If initial designs are completely rejected and the client chooses not to continue, a partial refund may be provided, deducting 33% for service and processing costs.

Tech and Technology reserves the right to reject any project or cancel services at our discretion.

After a refund is issued, you may not use any delivered designs. Ownership of the materials reverts solely to Tech and Technology.

Account Area

Clients are responsible for monitoring communication in their account area. Failing to check messages or instructions there does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. If unsure how to use this area, please contact support.

Delivery Policy

All final deliverables will be submitted to the client via their account and confirmed via email.
Turnaround time depends on your selected package, with a minimum delivery time of 2 business days. Urgent orders should be confirmed with support.

Revision Policy

Revisions are included based on your selected package. Revisions are free unless the entire concept is changed. Standard turnaround for revisions is 48 hours.

Revisions requested after final approval are treated as a new order and billed separately.

Record Maintenance

Tech and Technology retains finalized project files for future reference and client convenience.
